Not happy with the product you receive? Return the product within 30 days for a refund minus the shipping amount paid to receive the product. No one will be stuck with a product they're not happy with.

Each system has a one year parts defect warranty. Burned and melted parts are not covered. Misuse is not covered.

Firing systems may become damaged when in use occasionally. Unlike the disposable systems on the market, the 16 and 32 cue systems can be returned for repair or to update if future updates are available.
